Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Ceylonbee international products.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at info@ceylonbeeintarnational.com, and we will respond promptly.
Cancellations:
- All cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched for shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the cancellation date.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled as our service partners charge us upon pickup completion.
Replacements:
- Replacement requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice and email it to info@ceylonbeeintarnational.com. Our Audit team will review your request and send a replacement, if applicable, under the following conditions:
- Damaged or incorrect product received
- Item missing from order
- Expired product received (Please attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice)
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns on any products. However, we can provide replacements if applicable.
